We start with the symptom and test the related system instead of replacing parts by guesswork. Share when the problem occurs, what changed before it started, and any recent accessory work.

Can you diagnose an intermittent electrical problem?
Yes. Tell us exactly when it happens and what the motorcycle is doing at the time. Intermittent faults may require additional testing time.
Do you work on factory and aftermarket wiring?
We diagnose motorcycle electrical systems and custom lighting. Call with the motorcycle and accessory details so we can discuss the job.
Do you service every brand?
Yes. AE Kustomz works on all motorcycle brands at the Campbell shop.
What details help with a no-start diagnosis?
Tell us whether the starter turns the engine, clicks, or makes no sound, and whether the lights come on. Note whether the problem happens with a cold or warm engine, after the bike sits, or after a recent repair. Share the battery age and any accessories added to the bike if you know them.
Should I buy a new battery before calling?
Call to discuss the symptoms first. A starting or charging fault can involve the battery, connections, wiring, or charging components. Our battery and charging-system tests help identify which part of the system needs attention.
